I have also been working as a training consultant for local, National and International organizations like World Vision, Mennonite Coordination Committee, International Justice Mission, Mary Ward Social Centre, and My Choice Foundation to name a few. My primary responsibility has been to design and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and performance of beneficiaries and team members in alignment with the respective organisations.Furthermore, my role as a subject matter expert has been to identify training needs, delivering training programs, and ensure their alignment with organizational goals.

I have had the opportunity to support World Vision Siliguri Project that works for survivors of human trafficking Since 2018 conducting some of the training sessions and FGDs for both survivors , police and communities.
