1. Call the Existing Customer for Feedback about the product they purchased.2. Asked the customer for next purchased3. Follow the Customer till Visit & Purchased Goods4. Assist the customer as per their problems5. Make sure that the problem of the customer should solve.6. Maintain the Closed Detail’s of the Feedback Dept. 7. Coordinate with the Sales Consultant for product enquires for the customer8. Closed the deal9. Maintain track of Daily calls, Closed calls & Prospective call10. Assist the other Tele Coodinator if required.

1. Call the Customer for Car Insurance as per as per data provided.2. Generate Lead For Marketing Executive.3. Follow up weather Marketing Executive Visit the lead or not4. If required closed the call over the phone.5. Send Quotation to the Customer.6. Negotiate with the Customer as per Quotation.7. Follow up Renewal for Existing Customer.8. Meet the quires regarding car insurance for incoming calls9. Closed the call for incoming customer.10. Follow up customer before insurance closed date.11. Coordinate if the insurance document not received by customer12. Take the scoop calls for the other Tele Caller.13. Other official work if required.14. Minimum 30 closed per month.

I Have completed my Internship with Globsyn Skill Development Ltd.(GSDL) My role & responsibilities are:1.Sourcing trainers for multiple domain pan India via STAR Scheme2. Maintaining database of trainers across domain and locations for STAR Scheme. Initial screening of trainers by telephonic interview.3. Coordinating T3 programs across locations for STAR Scheme.4.Maintaining SSC affiliation database and Assessment agency as trainee records for STAR Scheme.5. Coordinating with the trainers for Winter school (WS)6.Any other tasks as when required

I have completed my Internship as a HR- Recruiter.My job over there to find out candidate as per job description, with the help social media. Source the candidate screen the candidate through telephone, its sorts of telephonic interview, & also have to maintain datasheet of the sourced candidate, in regular basis.
