Responsible for undertaking primary research studies for evidence building, capacity development and documentation towards mainstreaming gender in the sectors of livelihoods and social protection.Responsible for generating evidences to inform livelihoods, social protection and public wage programmes from women's rights perspective. commissioned action research jointly anchored by UN Women and MoRD to engender MGNREGA, conducting capacity building sessions for the gazetted officers of RD, reviewed monitoring instruments to build gender indicators for reviewing at the highest level. Drafted strategy paper for Mission Antyodaya and Ease of Living Survey for achieving convergence slated in the Budget Speech of Hon'ble FM.

Worked with the Feminist Group of Economist for engendering the 12th Five Year Plan and reflecting upon the gains and the way ahead.
