• Conducted Credit research of companies and Market research for various industry and geographies as per client requirements. Primary responsibilities included:
• Financial analysis involving analysis of past financials, business projections, ratio analysis etc. (focusing on the debt obligations and capital structure)
• Preparing financial spreads of Market Data, Peer Analysis and Cashflow Models/Forecasts
• Qualitative analysis, involving SWOT analysis of business, management quality, corporate governance etc.
• Reporting the various risks that the company faces in the near future (4 quarters) and the possible mitigants that the company has adopted if any.
• Monitoring assigned industry/portfolio, including rating changes, financial/industry development, news events etc.
