I organise and develop MEL and related products to ensure that technical resources, tools and systems are comprehensive, functional, aligned with professional MEL standards My main duties are:• Contributes to organizational learning through the design of procedures, processes, and systems to encourage and facilitate more effective sharing of program results, approaches, feedback from partners, • Strengthens monitoring, evaluation, feedback, and learning practices in the framework of the Trust Fund projects • Consolidates the data infrastructure required for ongoing monitoring, evaluation, feedback, and learning • Reviews, analyzes and interprets responses, identifies issues and prepares preliminary findings, reinforces capacity building on qualitative data collection, analysis and synthesis. • Implements and enhances a monitoring, evaluation, and feedback framework in order to aggregate and communicate program results,.• Supports the development of plans and tools for monitoring and evaluation of project implementation; supports the facilitation of mid-term and final debriefing, • Promotes the appropriation of digital tools to systematize qualitative internal evaluation practices, supervises the adherence to project cycle and ownership of new Trust Fund tools• Ensures comprehensive and regular monitoring of projects in coordination with key sponsor sections and field offices,• Facilitates collective thinking around the specific Theory of Change as it relates to the Trust Fund's objectives in order to refine the development of the TF Logical Framework,• Guides and informs periodic reviews and evaluations of particular projects • Assists in the preparation of various written products, drafting of background papers, analyses, notes, sections of reports and studies, SG reports...
