Mouna holds the role of International Affairs and ICC Syria Events coordinator. She leads ICC Syria’s operations and is responsible for the overall agenda and implementation of the annual action plan. Mouna is a registered trainer on International Commercial Terms (Incoterms®2020) and Documentary Credits. In addition to her main role, she represents ICC Syria as the head of digitalization committee with Union of Mediterranean Confederation of Enterprises (BUSINESSMED). Her tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:● Draft the ICC Syria annual action plan and strategy and execute and overview the approved actions by the Board.● Manage and coordinate all correspondences and regulatory and business updates with ICC HQ, ICC Network, local members and stakeholders.● Plan, organize, and steer International Chamber of Commerce Syria annual general assemblies.● Conduct trainings for c-suite level participants on the ICC Syria Training of Incoterms®2020 and Documentary Credits.● Organize the International Arbitration Conferences and head facilitator for the master workshop and process control.● Establish Business Skills courses organized by ICC Syria and hold the role as head trainer.

● Provide training on How to Establish Project Proposals through Logical Framework Approach (LFA).● Provide training on Business Communications, Interviews, Negotiation Skills, and Professional Correspondences.

● Provide training on Office Administration Skills.● Provide a training on Business Communication Skills and Customer Service - Business Management Diploma.

● Manage the CEO agenda and follow up on the priority initiatives and coordinate internal correspondences.● Organize all events and meetings’ schedule and logistics and detail participation plan.● Establish the sales strategic plans and overview the implementation through the sales team.● Lead business development initiatives and confirm potential sales opportunities.● Follow up with the sales progress and collaborate with the team to calibrate targets accordingly.

● Manage and maintain relationships with assigned channel partners.● Manage turn-key IT solutions bids for hospitality field.● Supervise orders / statements of accounts for priority customers & main providers.● Drive the sales dashboard and report to the top-level management.● Do the required due diligence for selected sales contracts & agreements.
