 As Governance Senior Manager I manage transversal corporate matters involving all departments.  I am in charge of complex internal projects with high financial impacts (asset ownership transfers, audit requests). On top I manage the PMO team since April 2023. I also assist the Head of Global Operations & Engineering (150 FTEs in Geneva, Madrid, Singapore and Washington) with supervising internal governance, meetings, communication and quality assurance as well as commercial partnerships and strategy.

 Helped to define and establish “Eurovision Services S.A” by organizing SLA, asset assessments and interfaces with the parent company EBU. Promoted the Lean-Six-Sigma methodology to reorganize successfully the sales, procurement and operations workflows, based on an in-depth After-Action-Review (AAR) done in 2018. Successfully implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire value chain of the company. Reorganized the OTC (Order-to-Cash) tools, flows and responsibilities and promoted No PO-No Pay procedures (Purchase Orders ticketing) with an outstanding positive impact on revenues and costs. Helped to create a Centralized Administration Service (CAS) and assisted its Head to reorganize a pool of assistants and accounting officers. Created intranet spaces and ticketing processes. Implemented data quality rules, training material and controlling processes, reducing the number of logged incidents and billing errors by a factor of three. Implemented GDPR compliance in all operational sectors in cooperation with the Legal department.

 Led the Finance & Administration service of the EBU Sports Rights Department for 15 years Implemented state-of-the-art financial, accounting and treasury management of a 400 MCHF to 1 BCHF annual budget (depending on Olympics years) Organized a permanent tracking of rights holders and events (finance, rights, host broadcasting, audience) from around 100 broadcasters worldwide for an average of 150 international major sport events per year, including Olympic Games, FIFA World Cups, UEFA European Championships.  As member of the Sports Managers Team, contributed to decisions about strategic orientation and negotiations. As Secretary of the EBU Sports Assembly, project managed the bi-annual plenary sessions (Heads of Sports from 57 countries), Sports and Legal Committees and the Board meetings and secretariat. Main achievements: Excellent human relationships with all European partners and with my team. A clean accounting work and a permanent impressive positive cash flow management.

 Advised the EBU General Secretary on economic and strategic questions. Together with the Head of the Strategic Information Service (SIS) I launched the service (7 FTEs) to inform the EBU Members (57 countries) on audience, new technologies and market trends. As economist and media analyst I managed the business intelligence about commercial and public companies.  Created the first database on financial, content programs and audience statistics, based on a network of audience researchers and Heads of Finance in all public service televisions in Europe. As co-editor of the monthly newsletter SIS Briefings I contacted and worked with contributors for articles as well as in-depth studies. Main achievement: Creation of the SIS, bringing together Audience Researchers, Media Analysts and Heads of Finance in an excellent working relationship to produce pro-active cutting-edge strategic intelligence.

Contributed directly to the improvement of the Television Without Frontiers Directive (European Commission) notably in its media concentration clauses.
