• Supervising activities of the Time office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees
• Preparing Birthday List of Employees on monthly basis and sending birthday mail to everyone as per the list.
• Co-ordinating with finance department for processing of payments to employees.
• Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.

• Responsible for Recruitment and Selection of all levels.
• Conducting the Interviews and Coordination of Joining Formalities including the induction procedure.
• Responsible for providing Induction at all levels.
• Continuous follow-up and Review of the timesheets of the employees.
• Joining and exit formalities of the employees
• Preparation of Offer letters and appointment letters including new clauses for different consultants
