Data Reconciliation:• Reconcile data from various sources (e.g., lab, safety data). • Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and update the database.Concomitant Medications and AE Reconciliation:• Reconcile AEs and medications between eCRFs and safety databases.• Work with pharmacovigilance to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.SAE (Serious Adverse Event) Reconciliation:• Reconcile SAEs between clinical and safety databases.• Document inconsistencies, report, and escalate unresolved issues.Reconciliation Documentation and Reporting:• Document reconciliation activities, discrepancies, and resolutions.• Update Lead Data Manager with reconciliation status and metrics.Data Transfers and Exports:• Facilitate accurate data transfers and exports as needed.• Coordinate with IT and bioinformatics for smooth processes.
