• Managing processes & activities for French team members to settle in Jeddah and Saudi Officers to study in France, in reputed military universities• Managing the team relocations, logistics, administrative services, iqama, insurance policies and other HR requirements in the Kingdom – for 50+ people• In charge of the treasury of Jeddah office, including the bank transactions and payments, supporting documents preparation for data entry by the accounting team in Riyadh (~30 monthly transactions amounting to ~250.000SAR)• Purchasing management: office supplies (incl. IT), furniture, uniforms, commercial gifts… • Liaising with the French Consulate for all the measures related to the security • Liaising with the Saudi counterparts to resolve issue between the team members and Saudi Officials, or any type of pending works on projects

• In charge of 750 employees’ administration and HR: recruitment, visas, iqama, insurance…• Negotiating and enforcing insurance contracts, vehicles, warehouses, international transportation goods insurance etc.• Facilitating the customs clearance of the imported goods• Managing the maintenance and the flow of the company’s fleet: 300+ trucks, 30+ cars…• In charge of the warehouses maintenance and compliance with the regulatory rules included and not limited to: the refrigeration system, frozen rooms, civil defense permits, fire system maintenance, purchase and maintenance of the forklifts

• Assist the team with all logistics and administrative tasks including and not limited to the paper work for iqama, insurance, housing …• Managing team rotations and leaves for 250+ people• In charge of solving all issues faced by the team and facilitating their access to information, services, housing…

• In charge of 15 salesmen in the retail showroom plus the fleet department• Preparing and coordinating the sales force, daily team meetings, performance review…• Responsible for the sales team incentive and bonus schemes

• In charge of tenders; for government agencies, travel agencies, car rental companies• Organizing the CEO meetings and schedule, in charge of the official letters, with the relations with the ministries and the major banks

• In charge of the payroll for 1100+ employees• In charge of the secretarial tasks• Translation of documents in Arabic and French
