EnobraQ is a startup with a mission to close the gap between nature and industrialization, learning from Nature and optimising its own processes to enable the use CO2 as an industrial fermentation feedstock.During this maternity leave replacement, my missions were:- Set-up and validate new experiments in the biochemistry lab- Operate the good functioning of the lab on a daily basis and anticipate needs and actions- Scientific and technical survey to propose solutions and innovations to implement in the company- Follow-up with collaborators and service providers- Supervision of 3 technicians (planning, protocols, result analysis)- Regular meetings (strategy, R&D, team meetings) to report results and discuss future actions

ANR CarbUniVax Project, in collaboration with Pasteur Institute (Paris)Chemical and enzymatic syntheses working in synergy toward broad coverage carbohydrate-based vaccines against Shigella flexneri.This work is supported by extensive computational protein design and automation platforms.- Enzyme engineering (mutant design and construction)- Optimization of the recombinant expression of insoluble enzymes: plan of experiment, chaperone proteins, expression host (E. coli, Vibrio natriegens)- Automated enzyme purification set-up on AKTA- Screening of ~50 designed mutants with up to 15 mutations- Mg-scale production and purification of several novel glucosylation products- Characterization of the products (HPLC-HRMS, NMR)- Analysis and evaluation of the impact of the mutations (deconvolution, kinetic parameters, stability, solubility)- Enzyme crystallography (screening with Mosquito)

CRPP is a CNRS (National Centre for Scientific Research) lab specialized in molecular materials, renewable energy and biotechnology.Project:Study and characterization of amphipilic systems by dynamic light scattering. The molecules characterized presented therapeutic interest in vectorization of nucleic acids for gene therapy. This project involved physical characterization and mathematical modeling with the improvement of mathematical models.
