After 8 months within the company I took over as project manager and study of mining and quarry solutions with the following missions:- Leading the technical and financial studies of mining projects: Crushing and cycloning station, flotation, filtration and thickening plant as well as storage... and quarries: Sand production, aggregates, washing, water treatment . Mining processing:- Convince the customer with the solution adopted and negotiate prices- Manage the preparation of the technical file (EXE plans, implementation plan, technical manual, calculation notes, etc.);- Take charge of the management of the work schedule.- Follow-up of supplier orders and progress of work invoicing,- Organize and manage project teams on site and in the manufacturing workshop- Preparation of project activity reports, analysis of results, and elaboration of action plans- Monitoring of expenses and anticipation of the final cost of the project- Ensure reporting to the various project stakeholders.- Assist in the commissioning and acceptance of the performances.- Development of maintenance plan, documentation and support.During this time, I was able to work on several projects of different sizes and activities.Among my projects phases in the history of the company:- construction of an ore processing unit- Complete 500th crushing plant- Install a solution with the Managem group( See details on the achievements section)

I spearheaded the development of products including screens and washing plants. Within a year, I accomplished significant milestones, propelling me to the role of Project Manager. My dedication to innovation and delivering impactful solutions drives my work.
