Project: 6 buildings and each building consist of ground+5 typical floors, in 6th October city affiliated with October gardens City Authority.•I was assigned to the project 3 months after beginning the execution process as the Site Civil Engineer.•Directing and controlling the project work ensuring the delivery of the project within scope, cost, and schedule baselines with quality.•Validate deliverables with the consultant as a key stakeholder.•Led teams of engineers which consisted of a civil engineer, an architect-engineer, and an architectural supervisor to get things done, besides dealing with all subcontractors in the project. •The project was a 1-year contract with a budget of 36M.LE

It was a personal initiative to establish my own contracting company. Got several contracts to implement construction works in the period from 2016 to 2019.Implemented 6 turn-key villas in the military entity in the administrative capital, and 3 buildings in the third district of the administrative capital with partners, in addition to a number of finishing contracts for villas and apartments in Cairo.I signed a contract with a partner, but I did not evaluate the risk in terms of the probability and impact of losing the capital, I was deceived and lost my capital, but I did not lose confidence in myself, and I returned to work as an engineer in the construction companies again.

Project: Residential building in "Lotus, 5th settlement, Cairo".•I was responsible for all finishes works, Interior, and Exterior finishes include but not limited to Masonry works, sanitary works, Plastering, Painting, marble installation, and Glass panel façade cladding.•Ensuring customer satisfaction for deliverables was my duty.•Demonstrated excellent problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
