As part of the Global Learning Center (GLC), within the Global Business Services HR (GBS HR) at Hydro, my responsibilities include:Training Program Development: Creating and implementing customized training programs to meet the needs of Hydro’s operations, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.Training Activities Administration: Coordinating and managing training activities, from logistics to effectiveness evaluation, ensuring employees receive appropriate training.Training Delivery: Conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, using innovative methodologies to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.Training Needs Analysis: Identifying skill and knowledge gaps, proposing continuous development solutions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with leaders from various departments and businesses within Hydro to develop training solutions that support organizational performance.Monitoring and Evaluation: Implementing metrics and evaluation tools to monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

Working as Business Partner for the Manufacturing, providing people development through organizational climate management actions, performance management, competences mapping and succession plan. I continue acting with the control for the training activities in the plant as Co-Leader for the People Development pillar within the WCM methodology, still managing the Knowledge & Leadership Academy.

Control of the training activities at Programa Pernambuco, organizing the formation programs and the logistics for the manufacturing personnel, providing support for the specialized consultant. I'm responsible for evaluating travel necessities, compiling the information of all developed activities and their respective training locations, issuing managerial reports as needed, as well as hiring training courses for specific training according to the demand of each area. I also provide support for the HR Business Partner of the Manufacturing in managing personnel.

Acting as Coordinator of Human and Organizational Development, structuring, validating and implementing new human resources projects and activities aimed at improving the performance of the entire organization and employee satisfaction. In addition to planning and managing processes and methods for professional development at the company, including the Career and Compensation Plan, I'm also responsible for coordinating training activities and talent development, managing the internal communication and internal marketing, and developing several actions related to organizational climate, supporting the recruitment, benefits, and workplace safety areas.

Responsible for managing the Career and Compensation Plan, controlling the organizational communication and internal marketing actions, issuing and controlling management reports and Human Resources indicators, in addition to supporting the activities of recruitment, benefits and personnel management.

Implantation of the Human Resources Sector and support of consultancies in the development of the systems of Performance Evaluation, Career and Compensation, and in the assembly of the Institutional Procedures Manual.
