• Ensuring the administrative management of the regional office in Bamako ; • Ensuring the planning and monitoring of the office monthly activities; • Producing a monthly financial and activity report of the regional office in Bamako ; • Participating to business negotiations of the Cabinet ; • Implementing marketing projects, programmes and policies of the Cabinet in the regional office of Bamako ; • Participating to recruitment, selection, and evaluation of the personnel ; • Supervising all the technical personnel and consultants of the Cabinet ; • Identify capacity building needs of the personnel of the Cabinet under my supervision ; • Planning and implementing capacity building training sessions for the personnel ; • Coordinating the Cabinet business operations, monitoring, control and validation ; • Advising and making proposals to the Executive Director concerning the nominations and relocations of the personnel to the different regional offices or other locations where the Cabinet operates.

Description os Tasks: • Facilitating of oral and written communications between French and English-speaking staff in the Control Room of the Underground Mining Department;• Translating documents and interpreting staff meetings;• Ensuring coordination of the team of translators / interpreters and team work;• Proofreading and approving translated documents;• Coordinating all administrative relations between the Translators / Interpreters, the Underground Mining Department and CITRACO;• Elaborating monthly reports on the internal management of the Translators / Interpreters and submitting report to CITRACO;

• Participating to the elaboration English and French training programmes and manuals ; • Implementing language training programmes (English and French) for the staff of Société Minière de Syama (SOMISY S.A) ; • Ensuring the translation (English – French and vice-versa) of documents from client organisations of the cabinet ; • Conducting interpretation missions (English – French – Bamanakan) for national and international NGOs including Save the Children, Catholic Relief Services (CRS), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Swedish Embassy in Mali ; • Transcribing and translating multimedia files content (audio, video, subtitling, etc.) for client organisations; • Training and supervising interns (training/translation/interpretation) ; • Elaboration of project proposal drafts and youth start-up business plan drafts for fundraising (grants) ; • Participation to annual planning workshops (Annual Action Plan and Strategic Plan) ; • Elaboration of monthly action plans and monthly activity reports.
