In leading the client Refinery Clean Fuel Project for the Thai Oil Public Company, i direct the total construction including daily operations of consortium, subcontractors, and a cross-functional construction team. I take pride in creating comprehensive project plans defining overall timeline, scope , and roles and responsibilities. Also i conduct regular progress and status update meetings with the various project stakeholders. My key responsibilities include facilitating and adherence to live plant guidelines, as well as reviewing technical bids and monitor critical path. Additionally, I prioritize activities to advance project timelines as appropriate Specific examples of the results I achieved in this role include: • Led a project team of 5,000 people including the coordination and facilitation of a quantum of 35 multidiscipline subcontractors and the scheduling of all construction phases of high complexity construction project.• Managed construction in close proximity to community with minimal impact on the surrounding community and environment in coordination with all stakeholders.• Delivered 344 modules from offshore to onshore by barge with transport to site location by SPMT and successfully erection on foundation (weight ranging from 20 Tonnes to 2000 Tonnes )• Integrated new methods and strategies to enhance and supplement labour productivity from 25% to 55% by reducing idle time, labour travel time, prep work, and material management.

Kuwait

Having led the Clean Fuel Project for the Kuwait National Petroleum Company, I oversaw the construction activities of the Crude Distillation Unit consisting of multiple disciplines such as Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical, and Instrument staff. I also defined the path of construction to be utilized by planners to create a project schedule, as well as identified and mobilized the construction team to the site. I added value by effecting strategies to ensure accurate execution of safety, environmental, and construction plans, in addition to securing job site work permits.My responsibilities included tracking, monitoring, and mitigating materials and engineering data issues. I reviewed job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and follow-up with subcontractors. Additionally, I collaborated with the Site Supervisor, company, subcontractors, and design engineers to resolve issues such as work constraints, procedures, complaints, and construction problems.A few examples of the value I delivered in this role are:• Streamlined the construction materials and equipment delivery to site per site requirements by enhancing efficiency and reducing idle times and subcontractor claims.• Executed construction and pre-commission three months ahead of schedule with zero LTI and handover to the commissioning team for Refinery Start up.• Resolved all disputes with subcontractors in a timely manner reducing risk on the deadline.

United Arab Emirates

As the Construction Manager for the Common Seawater Supply Project for Worley Parsons, led the early work package and established a team, scope of work, temporary facility set up. I obtained the necessary permits and non-objection certificates from relevant government authorities, as well as organized Civil Subcontractors and managed the earth work. Also, I connected with the client on the coordination of the delivery of mechanical equipment.Examples of my key achievements in this role include:• Trained local new engineers on oil and gas standards inclusive of safety and quality to perform the construction work.• Directed project teams within different international locations scheduling all construction phases from obtaining the permit to start construction to final inspection.• Coordinated extremely complex delivery schedules for all project material including the logistics of transporting equipment with delivery to job sites in a timely manner.

Uae

I formed a team to achieve civil, mechanical, and E&I activities. My responsibilities included crafting a full schedule and work sequence for project teams, allocating staff and resources to the jobsite and administering fabrication shop duties such as material delivery, fabrication, welding, inspection, painting, and delivery to site. I handled civil scope ground preparation, foundation precast, and cast in situ. Also, I supervised pipeline installation, along with right of way, trench excavation, installation welding, and hydro-testing, as well as transitioned the wellhead and pipeline to client to produce oil and gas.Some of my primary accomplishments in this role include:• Met construction Pipeline project deadline consistently for six years.• Collaborated with engineers and authorities to redesign the pipeline route minimizing the amount of road crossing and scheduled risk.• Managed four teams of construction staff in different locations to meet client demand for early pipeline commission and increase oil production.
