Using Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP For Making Invoices, Work Orders, Installments And Stock Movement

1- Reviewing and analyzing of the financial transactions for movement of documents and compliance it with the procedures ( invoices or orders of Purchase or sales, receipt or pay of cash or bank checks and else) then Use French Or American Method in accounting2 - Bookkeeping of accounting transactions in the assistant journals ( sales, purchases, expenses, adjustment, cash on hand and bank )3 – Posting financial transactions to assistant ledger ( for all accounts in transactions ) and analytical books (Revenues, purchases and expenses) 4- Posting totals from assistant journals to general journal at the end of each financial period ,and other Transactions that aren't recorded in assistant journal, and entries both of opening, closing and adjusting 5- Posting totals from assistant ledger and general journal to general ledger6 - Preparing table for accounting depreciation and tax depreciation for fixed assets7 - Preparation of trail balances with totals and balances before inventory adjustments for all accounts in transactions8- Preparing inventory adjustments for accrued revenues and expenses, prepaid revenues and expenses, other non-financial operations ( Fixed Assets Depreciation, Provisions ) 9- Preparing trial balances with balances and totals after inventory adjustments10- preparation of financial statements (Income Statement ,Balance Sheet, cash flows and owner’s equity)11- Closing the accounts of income statement ( expenses , revenues ) in income summary ( accounts of profit or loss, Trading ) then closing ( net profit or loss , withdrawals ) in capital to record the next accounting operations13- Preparing Tax returns for sales monthly and follow-up their adjustments14- Preparation of financial reports for financial transactions periodically15- Enter the journal entries and data to the computer in Excel sheets or accounting program
