• Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement process for both international and local, covering the following areas: Forecast demand, procurement planning, sourced vendors, importing goods.• Handling planned orders, preparing RFI/RFP/RFQs, evaluates quotations and issuing POs in accordance with Purchasing Policies and procedures and applying approval process to place on time and ensures smooth and uninterrupted supply of materials• Work with finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist with forecasting and budgeting• Preparing annual buying plan in cooperation with the financial department, according to the approved budget• Negotiated prices & service with suppliers in terms of new contracts and working on the agreements, Re-negotiate current contracts and update required details (Prices ,Payment terms, service start & end, effective date, warranty) to produce better savings and further value for spend.• Responsible for management of import/export activities and coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers and issuing SABER certificates with conformity parties, and ensuring that all import/exporting regulations are being followed.• Oversees the entire distribution plan of a business and manages the warehouse operations by projecting, dispatching, and storing products. To ensure that the warehouse runs smoothly.

Executive and Technical Duties •Planning and managing warehouse operations and supervising its daily activities, in addition to supporting the work of personnel assigned to the warehouse. •Supervising, training, and developing the subordinates skills and competencies. Determining workloads and delegating assignments to ensure that productivity is being achieved. •Reviewing inventory reports and monitoring available stock levels to ensure the existence of an adequate supply of materials. •Keeping stock control systems up to date, communicating with other departments to plan future capacity requirements and process related requests. •Ensuring quality and budget objectives are met, handling concerns of shortages or overages, and solving discrepancies related to inventory levels. •Providing regular operational and financial reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. •Ensuring adherence to personal safety and inventory safety, health, and environment rules. •Planning and organizing the Warehouse area for optimum efficient use. • Implementing strategies and policies for receipt, handling and issuance of materials. •Supervising the creation and maintenance of warehouses and all operating tools and equipment in a clean and organized status at all times. •Recommending technological modifications and enhancing the use of computerized inventory tracking systems.•Participating in the planning and budgeting for warehouse requirements and providing the proper support to the Purchasing and Warehouse Section.

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution sales order Within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf (Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE) by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, supervising staff and personnel policies and procedures ,while directing warehousing activities for team members and also drivers.• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met delivery schedule and make schedule adjustments as needed.• liaising with branches (showrooms) and sales department to Manage branch requests immediately• Organising the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers, to ensure their timely arrival at destination .• Take periodic inventories and participate in monthly and annual inventory program, and planning the dispatching of products.• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock food are stored safely• Processing, recording and preparing stock detailed records and files.• Supervise the use of automated and computerised systems (Navision software- Dynamics NAV)• prepare orders for delivery in compliance with delivery schedule and factory policies (fifo policy).• Receive and inspect returns goods,(visual inspection: quantity, returns condition and reasons)• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as(Dispatch Report, Items Distrubution Report).• Organizing trucks and trailers operations and making insurance policies through insurance companies.• Reporting directly to the operation manager.• Liaise between sales and production departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs• Respond to complaints from branches and give after-sales support when requested• Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the branches needs.

• Manage Debtors and Creditors and collect overdue accounts receivable and preparation of there reports.• Monitoring daily deposits with daily bank statement• Prepare and issue Monthly Salaries, checking and verifying payroll .• Follow-up and settlement of accounts and balances of banks and creditors and the debtor.• Ensure that all payment documentation is correctly processed for payments and authorised.• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems -Kash Software application (Oracle).• Checking the correctness of all the daily transaction entered in the automated system -Kash Software application .• To limit the expenses payments within the allocated budget.• To support higher management for any info needed for effective decision making.• Prepare reports for stores and inventory ,preparation and conduct of periodic inventories and the preparation of periodic stock orders .• Managing junior colleagues.(Managements duties)
