- establishment of accounting system ( financial and administrative) for the institution in accordance with the requirements of the work-Follow-up and review the quotations of suppliers and to oversee the procurement process.- follow-up and review the inventory and assets with the recipients. - review and issuance of payment orders and checks for all.

• Pricing Operations:
• Contact with production and quality control engineers for receiving BOM with working time on processes needed for a specific product
• Contact with planning engineers for Lead and shipping time
• Contact with sales to receive purchase order then make Quotation prices to customer
• Perform pricing accumulation tasks as a member of the target pricing group

- conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality - build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers - negotiate and agree contracts, monitoring the quality of service provided - keep contract files and use them as reference for the future - develop strategies to make.

Daily bookkeeping and accounting processes including: A/R, payroll, bank reconciliation Execute monthly payroll activities Prepare Journal Entries for prepaid expense and deferred revenue Receive and deposit all revenue. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including standard financial reports, budget vs. actual reports and grant-specific.
