-Supervisor and executive engineer in many residential and administrative buildings.-Analysis and study of projects’ documents and pinpointing technical conflicts to discuss with the design consultants and propose solutions.-Management of the preparation of executive plans and details of construction according to the schedules of projects.-Attend weekly site meetings with the contractor and consultant and report to Projects manager.-Review the weekly and monthly reports submitted by the contractor, consultant and submit to the projects manager.-Review and approval of Contractor's payment certificates as per cash flow and variations.-Review the schedules of quantities and compare them with the quantities supplied by the main contractor before the start of the project.-Coordination with other departments (Architectural and MEP).-Plan and develop construction designs according to project specifications and owner's budget.-Provide technical expertise regarding design and modification of designs and performance of retesting.

-Making design drawings.-Perform the required structural analysis needed for the design.-Research applicable codes, regulations and requirements for assigned project, develop engineering plans and compile preliminary layout of plans.-Supervising many residential buildings.
