Handled the 3 departments (merchandising, key accounts, cash van). Cash van only for the last year. Employees reporting to me were: 2 cashvan supervisors, 2 key accounts supervisors, 5 merchandisers and 36 drivers and sales people.

Managing a team of 10 merchandisers through which I'm improving the work done by creating a new merchandising report,developed a new more efficient routing for the merchandisers all in accordance with the delivery dates and other variables, finding new ways to control and follow up with the team , creating a market visibility study of each product one at a time to reach a conclusion about the current standing of a product as to who is the market leader (through domination of displays in larger number of supermarkets including three types from hypermarkets to smaller supermarkets) the study shows in percentage our product in relative to the whole category. Daily update of competitor's promotions, a control on the company's products expiry dates, building a database of pictures of all our displays in the market, tasting, sampling , promotions, negotiating displays , price monitoring, placing supply orders, forecasting, preparing sales reports , Changing and adapting to the modern dynamic workplace.

Handled everything related to key account TSC supermarkets as to placing orders, merchandising, negotiating better visibility for products, monthly promotions, achieving the yearly target.
