• Responsible for more than 7 Branch and Over 1200 employees all over Egypt.• Managing and configuring Cisco Network Switches like Cisco catalyst 2960, 3750, 3560 series and Core Switches like 4500, 6500 and 9300 series• Managing and configuring Cisco Network Routers like Cisco 800, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1900 and 4200 series.• Managing and configuring Cisco Voice Over IP Cisco unified communication manager from V 7.0 to V 12.0 and Call manager express from V 7.0 to V 12.5 and H323 Voice gateway based on Cisco routers 2800, 2900 and 3900 series with PRI card, FXO & FXS cards and Bremacell devices. • Managing and configuring Cisco IP phones for all protocols SCCP and SIP like 6921, 7911, 7942, 7962, 7945, 7975, 7811, 9951, 9971 and 8845 • Solid knowledge in Cisco Wireless solutions including (access points and wireless controllers) over 7 Branches using H-REAP technology.• Managing all VPN types and negotiations with the Egyptian ISPs to make a convenient deal for the VPN connections and the internet solution based on a balance between the cost, performance and the escalation matrices. • Troubleshoot Network infrastructure and manage user permissions to provide a secure Network.• Solid knowledge about fiber cables and connections.• Establishing and implementing over 100 IP and over 50 CCTV Surveillance Samsung Cameras on NVR and DVR.• Establishing and Implementing HID and TDSI access control system for over 70 Doors. • Establishing and Implementing Fingerprint System for Over 1200 Employees. • Establishing and implementing the Uniflow printing system. • Solid experience in managing, configuring and design virtualization solutions using both of Microsoft HyperV and VMware vSphere (ESXi / vCenter).• Managing and configuring Mikrotik, kerio, Sophos and Fortigate (80c,100D,200D) Firewalls.• Implementing and designing Server 2003\2008\2012 Active directory Infrastructure and Policies.
