• Inventory Expeditor in the Inventory management team. (Supply Chain Department).• Using (SAP) to reflect real time movement of items removed or replaced from shelf to shadow physical movement of inventory. (Delivery & Return & Consign Issue) compliance of company policy.• Shipment preparation and physical check of inventory to other locations.• Maintaining proper stocking levels to adhere to company's inventory goals.• Tracking Inventory movements between different Rigs and customers locations.• Handles special projects, as assigned.• Confers with department supervisors to determine overdue material and parts and to inform supervisors of material status.• Create work orders and consumed all required material and labor time for it.• Attend in annual physical inventory count for all sites & rig’s.

• Accounting Receivable control.• Check customers' financial status upon receipt of sales orders (regular payment, credit limits and payment terms….etc) & ensure compliance of company policy.• Allocating incoming payment / collection directly to debtor's ledger to update customer's account.• Auditing invoices against journal entries for accuracy & completeness.• Following up collection as per credit limits days & value stipulated in customers' contract & agreements to control collection.• Reporting directly to financial manager.• Reports regularly to management on accounts that are on hold & follow up with collectors on collecting delayed payment.• Provide management with a daily sales achievement report showing sales analyses per customers& products.• Prepare aging report on monthly basis.• Update the cash flow sheet with the cheques deposited in the bank.• Reconciled balance confirmation twice a year for:o Debtor's confirmation.o Vendor confirmation.• Reconcile the inventory sheet with monthly closing balance from inventory physical count.• Update the stock movement sheet.
