More than 14 years’ experience in oil gas field at Mechanical branch • Mechanical QC engineer for rotating and static equipment during turnarounds at SABIC petrochemical company (TASNEE ,SHARQ ) Saudi Arabia • Perform and supervise the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting , overhauling and modification activities of rotating and static equipment such as pumps ,compressors ,gas turbines, engines ,valves ,heat exchangers and pipelines • Review preventive maintenance plans , schedules and prepare task list ,maintenance programs for mechanical equipment in the plant and supervise the execution of such programs• Prepare new maintenance procedures, method statement for new activities and schedule long term activities as per plant shutdown schedules.• Major overhaul for most types of pumps (centrifugal ,positive displacements)• Major overhaul for most types of compressors (centrifugal ,reciprocating , screw ,…)• Major overhaul for diesel and gas engines • Major repair for static equipment ( valves ,heat exchanger , absorber towers ,vessels ,separators ,pipelines …)• Maintenance and troubleshooting for hydraulic systems (hydraulic power units , pedestal cranes , scissor and man lift ,hydraulic tools for flange management ,hydraulic actuators )• Perform and supervise flange management system according to API and ASME standard • Supervise the installation and commissioning for mechanical rotating equipment and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices.• supervise all the pre-commissioning activities for the rotating and static equipment, participate in the system walk through and generate punch lists ,Prepare and apply commissioning procedure and hand over the Systems for operation • Provide technical support for installation ,startup and commissioning of new projects in the mechanical design and specifications to optimize costs and ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices.• Prepare and supervise the plants turnarounds activities for all rotating and static equipment• Monitor the condition of rotating equipment according to required analysis (vibration analysis ,oil analysis , thermal analysis, • Apply root cause analysis and reliability centered maintenance for major equipment and critical equipment • Control spare parts or consumable items from foreign or local market by issuing the necessary requisitions.• Mechanical trainer and assessor for several training companies
