With over 15 years of experience as a Senior IT Manager, I am passionate about delivering efficient and effective IT solutions that support the business objectives and operations of Concentrix, a leading global provider of customer experience services. As a certified ITIL and MCITP professional, I have a strong background in IT service management, project management, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV installation and configuration. I also have extensive knowledge and skills in functional and business requirements analysis, model-view-presenter (MVP) design, and Cisco network administration, as evidenced by my CCNA I certification. At Concentrix, I lead a team of IT specialists and consultants who are responsible for managing the IT infrastructure, applications, and systems that serve over 100 clients across various industries and regions. I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and customer expectations. I also collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners to align IT strategy with business goals and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. My mission is to leverage my IT expertise and leadership skills to enhance the performance and productivity of Concentrix and its clients, while fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence among my team and peers.
