Heading the branding division and managing a team of 13 members, responsible for all the advertising campaigns, exhibitions, events, interiors and digital marketing.- Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.-Leading the design process from sketches to completion, in regards to exhibition stands, events, advertising campaigns, photography and videography sessions, and interior design.- Direct and revise all the production drawings for exhibition stands, event stage design, and interior design.- Site supervision in local and international basis for exhibition stands and event to ensure finishing qualities and functions efficiency.- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.- Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.- Determines project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by staff.- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to the client.- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.- Develops marketing strategies by examining client objectives; planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising.- Revises marketing plan by analyzing campaign results by identifying expansion opportunities.- Monitors marketing mix and results by coordinating tracking actions with sales and marketing representatives.- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Responsible for the conceptualization of interior, events, and exhibitions design solutions from concept to completion, also directs the work of the design team who generate comps and create layouts and final art.- Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project-Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs.-Direct the design process of event theme and exhibition stands designing.-Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.-Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.-Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.-Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.-Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval.-Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, artwork, furniture, and related items.-Formulate environmental plan to be practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity or selling merchandise.-Select or design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories.-Render design ideas in the form of paste-ups or drawings.- Provide quality control over concepts and projects.

- Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video and sound.- Review and approve proofs of printed copy and art and copy materials developed by staff members.-Manage own accounts and projects, working within budget and scheduling requirements- Deciding whether a proposed budget is realistic against the client's brief and negotiating this as necessary.- Handling production orders for materials and site services.- Transporting displays to project sites and supervise installing and dismantling.- Present final layouts to clients for approval.- Confer with clients to determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.

- Liaising with clients to discuss the brief (themes, ideas or products to be promoted).- Discussing the brief and design concepts with the design team, finalising proposals and presenting it to clients.- Working on quotes - once the design brief and concept are established, the costs need to be calculated to make sure the project is financially viable; gathering product information from the client.- Creating initial design sketches and computer-generated three-dimensional visuals, sometimes building models and prototypes.- Creating a variety of design work (graphic design and artwork) for different displays and exhibitions.- Taking financial responsibility for a project in terms of meeting budget constraints.- liaising with the workshop manager to ensure the project is within budget, on schedule and meeting the client's requirements and that it complies with health and safety regulations;- transporting displays to exhibition sites and installing and dismantling exhibition displays.
