1. Ensure steady production during day. 2. Monitor analysis of demand water, process water, acid and sulfur then take actions to keep it on spec. 3. Arrange with maintenance and instrumentation dep. to fix any problems found in the unit 4.Take shutdown decision in emergency case and work on startup as soon as the emergency could be handled.
