Digital Optimization Team (2017 January - September)Creating a better user experience over all digital creations. Developing A/B tests and running for quantitative research and user tests to gain in-dept knowledge. Redesign of an App for a Beauty product. (2016 April - December)Complete redesign of the flow and UI in order to gain a higher app rating and better overall value of the product. We used the lean startup method for this project. Many different flows were set up and tested over multiple user tests. Proto.io was used to build interactive prototypes. I build many custom solutions for the larger companies, which covered every aspect of software development, data analysis, architecture, user interfaces, reporting.Here I learned that good software design takes about 75% thinking, questioning and designing on paper and a maximum of 25% actual programming.

I solely created interactive forms, micro sites and small internet sites for a wide variety of clients, ranging from Health Insurance companies, travel agencies to sporting schools.Some work was as an add-on to printed products, therefor communication between the departments was essential.

During the 9 years at this company I was able to explore and enhance my skills in Computer services and network management. For one location I also took the job as facility manager, which made me provide a full service solution for all the needs of the 60 employees. For managing the computers, network, software and facility I created an intranet application to keep track of the calls, which also provided me of management reports for the stakeholders.
