• Develop and implement strategies of general management within agreed budgets and timescales (covering relevant areas of Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk, Compliance, Operation, HR Administration,.. whatever.
• Deliver Company’s P&L and Balance Sheet and ensure efficient management of both.
• Prepare and review annual budget and financial plans, assign roles, monitor progress and assess results to ultimately achieve shareholders goals.
• Managing and supervising units heads, assign responsibilities, define goals delegate authorities, set action plans to achieve overall business goals.
• Identify, Promote and execute regular asset and liability business and cross sell opportunities including deposit raising, cash management, trade opportunities, and treasury business.

Kuwait

• Prime responsibility for the overall management of financial institutions portfolio – Duties and responsibilities as unit head include:
• Originate (Identification and pitching) and participate in the execution of Debt Capital Market transactions including loan syndications, bonds & convertibles.
• Originate derivative business and one-off derivatives transactions
• Identify, Promote and execute regular asset and liability business and cross sell opportunities including deposit raising, cash management, trade opportunities, treasury business
• Ensure monitoring of transactions is observed, financials reporting and revisions are accurate and received in a timely manner
• Prepare credit approval packages and analyze risks related to credit extension and appropriate mitigating factors

• Prime responsibility for the overall management of corporate portfolio – Duties and responsibilities include:
• Manage and maintain a corporate portfolio for a total of US$ 500Mn.
• Originate derivative business and one off derivatives transactions
• Identify, Promote and execute regular asset and liability business and cross sell opportunities including deposit raising, cash management, trade opportunities, treasury business
• Ensure monitoring of transactions is observed, financials reporting and revisions are accurate and received in a timely manner
• Maximize profitability of client portfolio while ensuring that risk exposure is at an acceptable level.

• Prime responsibility for the overall management of the leasing product at Citibank – Duties and responsibilities include
• Actively involved in the management of the USD 100 million Eastern Tobacco asset lease finance line intended to finance the new facility of the company for total cost of USD 250 million. Duties include pre-screening.
• Solely supervising the company’s reporting requirements, business, financial and regulatory.
• Organized and lead different training seminars internally for corporate relationship managers and branch managers to help them sourcing business.
• Actively involved in the management of fund raising and the company’s cash flow stream.
• Responsible for the regulatory compliance and reporting with a complete clear historical record.

• Prime responsibility for the overall management of the credit and marketing activities in the leasing arm of Societe General Group in Egypt – Duties and responsibilities include
• Managing and coaching the credit and marketing team, approving and studying strategies and policies to cope with market requirements.
• Responsible for overall reporting to the senior management.
• Organized and lead different training seminars internally for corporate team and branch managers to help them sourcing business.
• Responsible for the regulatory compliance and reporting with a clear historical record
• Reviewing monthly reports presented by financial department.

• Preparing full credit approval packages.
• Conduct marketing visits to prospect clients.
