CEO & MD – ADILEASE for Financial Leasing Prime responsibility for the overall management of the sharia compliant leasing arm of ADIB in Egypt, being the CEO & MD of ADIB leasing subsidiary (ADILEASE for financial Leasing), evolving business models, financial budgets, forecasts and develop business strategies and policies – duties and responsibilities include:• Develop and implement strategies of general management within agreed budgets and timescales (covering relevant areas of Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk, Compliance, Operation, HR Administration, .. whatever falls within remit according to organization's structure). • Deliver Company’s P&L and Balance Sheet and ensure efficient management of both. • Prepare and review annual budget and financial plans, assign roles, monitor progress and assess results to ultimately achieve shareholders goals. • Managing and supervising units heads, assign responsibilities, define goals delegate authorities, set action plans to achieve overall business goals.• Identify, Promote and execute regular asset and liability business and cross sell opportunities including deposit raising, cash management, trade opportunities, and treasury business.• Maximize profitability of total portfolio while ensuring that risk exposure is at an acceptable level.• Managing funding needs to ensure business continuity, this includes monitoring existing lines and developing various sources to obtain new fund.Accomplishments• Set-up a complete leasing company from scratch. • Developed comprehensive business plan and financial budgeting model.• Hired and trained leasing staff.• Efficiently carrying responsibilities of head of Board of Directors. • Saving USD 1MM in tax dispute with Tax Authority.• Oracle leasing system successful implementation.• Turned the company into profit making phase.• Putting ADILEASE among the top 5 leasing companies as per EFSA Mar-13 Leasing Report.

Prime responsibility for the overall management of financial institutions portfolio – Duties and responsibilities as unit head include:• Originate (Identification and pitching) and participate in the execution of Debt Capital Market transactions including loan syndications, bonds & convertibles. • Originate derivative business and one-off derivatives transactions• Identify, Promote and execute regular asset and liability business and cross sell opportunities including deposit raising, cash management, trade opportunities, treasury business• Ensure monitoring of transactions is observed, financials reporting and revisions are accurate and received in a timely manner • Prepare credit approval packages and analyze risks related to credit extension and appropriate mitigating factors • Proactively monitor credit relationship and keep independent risk approvers alerted to changes in status of client risk - Prepare credit classification memoranda and regular follow up and monitoring of worse classification / de-classification triggers when appropriate • Ensure appropriate use of US$ 2MM credit limit for credit facilities approval• Identify and convert prospect clients that fit in the Bank target market criteria.Accomplishments• Tripled 2008 portfolio revenue.• Acquired/added 6 new relationships with total exposure exceeded US$ 200Mn.• Successfully passed Citigroup ARR review with a “satisfactory” result.

Duties include pre-screening and selection of assets, assistance to the obligor in preparing of feasibility studies, assistance to treasury in fund raising and meeting with banks and Venture Capital companies.• Solely supervising the company’s reporting requirements, business, financial and regulatory.• Organized and lead different training seminars internally for corporate relationship managers and branch managers to help them sourcing business. • Actively involved in the management of fund raising and the company’s cash flow stream. • Responsible for the regulatory compliance and reporting with a complete clear historical record.
