Current•For International Dept:Responsible for HR plan based on HR strategy for all overseas countries (existing US, Australia, Singapore, Spain, Indonesia, China Hong Kong) and compliance operations.SOP writing and optimization of relevant HR processes in all countries in overseas countries. In charge of the setting and interpretation of all HR related policies in the International Dept., such as compensation structure, overseas benefits standards, etc.Cooperate with HRBP to coordinate acquisition projects in Southeast Asia.•For benefits of Genki Group:Lead Group Benefits Team to go through all benefits projects, finalize Benefits List.Lead the national social security compliance transfer project.Cross-functional cooperation, clarify policies and rules of statutory benefits, and prompts them to be aligned among all localities.Design flexible benefits plan to meet different benefits needs.Build a company benefits brand, strengthen benefits publicity and research, improve employee experiences.
