I am constantly challenging myself to prepare restaurant quality food... made at home for a dime on the dollar!FOODS I HAVE MASTERED (A Few Examples...)1. Traditional French Baguettes - 3 months tweaking (December 2023, January, February 2024) - Each batch took 24 hours to prepare... I documented the complex process which balances live bacteria & yeast, time, temperature, mechanical manipulation...2. Omelettes - See my 10 Commandments!3. Restaurant Quality Pizza - More tweaking (February, March, and April 2024) - Don't overthink the sauce! Docker lightly & widely! Etc.4. Italian Beef - A dish really misunderstood outside Chicago Illinois, where I grew up.5. Veggie Burgers - I've been making burgers since age 16... many many decades! So delicious you would never know it's veggie!6. Cincinnati Chili - A culinary crime the way restaurants prepare it! I use whole roasts... Al dente noodles. Culinary Tricks! A cut above!7. French Crepes - Documented my own recipe & a dozen flavors! Including freezer-ready suzette!8. French Toast - Delicious distillery recipe!9. Cajun Seafood & Grits! Yum! It's naught just for breakfast!10. Smoked Turkey - With $300 grill! 4th of July Picnickers Went Wild for It!
