Family is – and will always be – my first priority. And that’s why Atlantic Bay is such a perfect fit for me (and my loved ones)! Here, we’ve built our company on the principle that family come first - always. Whether it’s our borrowers or our employees, we believe that we should all have the opportunity to be present in the moment. A healthy work-life balance shouldn’t be an option – it should be a non-negotiable. As Chief Financial Officer at Atlantic Bay and a working mom of three, this mentality is refreshing. Especially in an industry that never seems to sleep. “Work-life integration,” isn’t just a buzzword all in the sake of recruiting, but it’s something we want to be achievable for every team member. We should work to live, not live to work. Outside of Atlantic Bay, I love spending my time in the sun and on the water with friends and family. Whether we’re out on the boat or making memories in the pool, some of my favorite moments are spent outdoors with those who mean the most to me! And while alone time isn’t something I get often (Mom life, am I right?), I really do enjoy reading and am a big believer in keeping my body moving. I relieve stress through long Peloton rides and try my best to make it to the gym a couple times a week, too. Between my own family and my work family, I’m a pretty lucky lady. My biggest hope is that other industry friends will be able to find a work home that allows them to prioritize the things and people who matter the most to them, too! I’d love to connect!
