I drafted the chapters on agency and partnership law, as well as the sections on fiduciary duties.• I collaborated with a fellow law student to determine the focus and content of each chapter including deciding which rules of law to emphasize, choosing relevant statutes and cases to include, abridging all primary sources and ‘squib’ cases, and writing potential final examination questions based on the content covered in each chapter.
