Moxesh was associated with Project Management department of L&T Energy-Hydrocarbon's Onshore division from 2011-23. Currently engaged with Linde Engineering India as Sr Principal Engineer.He has developed impressive Project Management skills and worked in all phases of multimillion EPC / LSTK projects. Reporting to Project Manager / Director.> Representing Project dept by active participation in various design reviews (3D model reviews, P&ID review etc.) and Progress monitoring, Cross functional Interface and Higher Management reviews etc.> Cold eye review of various Engineering deliverables like drawings, specifications, Isometrics, BOQs for its completeness, compliance to standards/ITB requirement, ease of execution aspects and commercial implications/change management> Led Field Engineering Cell at Construction site for prompt resolution of site/client queries. Representing Engineering / Backoffice to End user & Construction team. Have spent 30% of career span at mega Construction Sites as Engineering team's representative > Active coordination with Consultant & Client for closure of open technical queries/deviations, change orders, Progress reporting etc.> Strategy formulation for sourcing distribution of all piping material (including long lead) across geographies based on supplier capability, loading factors and economic analysis which can lead to timely deliveries and in turn helps in sufficient work front availability to construction contractorsDomain of expertise includes Engineering Management, Cross Function Interfaces, Supply Chain Management, Delivery Management, Cost Analysis and Monitoring, Construction Management, Interface Management.
