Developed and implemented a centralized Big Data platform, providing a single enterprise view and eliminating the inefficiencies caused by prior information silos. This initiative not only streamlined data accessibility across departments but also significantly improved decision-making capabilities through comprehensive data insights.Project 2: Billing Collection Project and Cost ReductionServe as a systems analyst for key billing collection projects, responsible for the reorganization and integration of collection data into the company's big data platform. This strategic initiative saves more than NT$3 million annually by reducing labor and machine maintenance costs, while also improving data accuracy and processing efficiency across the enterprise.Project 3: Data Governance ImplementationSpearheaded a comprehensive Data Governance project utilizing Azure Purview, encompassing data quality management, data architecture, and data lifecycle management. This initiative established robust data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across the organization, thereby fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.Project 4: Cloud Migration of On-Premises DatabaseSuccessfully participated in migrating of the on-premises Teradata database to Azure Databricks, optimizing the organization's data processing capabilities in a scalable and cost-efficient cloud environment.
