Coordinated the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Purchasing Card program. This program included over 270 purchasing cardholders with annual expenditures of approximately $60 million.Ran detailed reports pertaining to, but not limited to: weekly spend analysis, annual spend analysis, declined transactions, cardholders’ limits, default errors, quarterly rebates, and spend across counties and/or districts. These reports were used for executive briefings to determine the status of the Department’s Purchasing Card Program.Processed cardholder requests submitted from the various Districts and Deputates and provided support in resolving any cardholder issues. Uploaded cardholder request forms into the Purchasing Card Database for records retention.Developed and maintained training materials, EUP’s, forms, and the Purchasing Card Manual (PUB 363).Ensured cardholders complied with the policies and procedures set forth in the Commonwealth Purchasing Card Program (Management Directive 310.23), Procurement Code (Title 62), Pennsylvania Procurement Handbook (M215.3), and the Department’s Purchasing Card Manual (PUB 363). Was also responsible for implementing corrective action in the occurrence of violation.
