Responsible for all facets of the schools fundraising effort, including capital campaign strategy and execution, annual giving, corporation and foundation outreach and individual giving. Developed strategies and outreach methods to engage alumni in support of philanthropic efforts. Lead fundraiser for $20M Capital Campaign resulting in successful completion of the Yawkey Center for Integrated and Applied Learning. Developed and executed new and effective strategies designed to enhance the Catholic Memorial Annual Fund. Recruited and developed professional staff with an eye on growing the Advancement function in support of the school's long range master plan. Responsible for the development of a "culture of giving" that led to record levels of giving (annual and capital) during my tenure. Re-defined and created new model for long-established golf tournament which now raises in excess of $250k annually. Oversaw all alumni/parent related events designed to engage stakeholders in support of the school's mission.

Other positions held: Assistant Vice Chancellor of Major GiftsOversaw all facets of Advancement Division including Major Gifts, Annual Fund, Planned Giving, Corporate and Foundation Relations, Alumni Relations and Advancement Services. Responsible for the daily operations of the Boston College Alumni Association serving 144,000 alumni with a staff of 21 team members, 8 student workers, and an overall budget of $1.3 million Worked closely with team members in designing and implementing new domestic and international chapter initiative of 40 chapters, which led to increased engagement and philanthropic support. Frequently coordinated large-scale University events such as Reunion Weekend, National Leadership Conference, and ACC related sporting events. Worked closely with 32 member nationally elected Board of Directors. Established numerous corporate partnerships while developing benefit structure and philanthropic support for the University.
