Primary responsibilities include:● Building client relationships: - Understanding clients' needs, building trust, setting realistic expectations, and educating them about our services, management system, and team functions.● Conducting property inspections: - Assessing property conditions against company standards, identifying improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and market standards to optimize income generation.● Data entry into the Property Management System (PMS): - Ensuring accurate setup and organization of property details in alignment with company standards to facilitate seamless operations across departments and teams.● Implementing property specifications into the PMS: - Gathering and verifying essential property information, acting as a liaison between the company and building management to adhere to regulations and inform guests promptly.● Engaging with contractors + developers: - Collaborating with construction professionals to address repairs, renovations, or improvements, aligning properties with company standards to enhance hosting quality and income potential.● Curating interior design + photography: - Overseeing property aesthetics and functionality, organizing professional photography to create appealing listings, generate interest, and highlight unique features.● Facilitating the listing process: - Collaborating with the Listing Management team to efficiently list properties on short-term rental platforms, integrating accurate information to maximize market appeal.● Providing team training: - Training sessions to ensure teams are proficient in managing newly onboarded properties, educating interns on company systems and departmental connections.● Overseeing handover: - Handling initial property management tasks, addressing challenges, implementing solutions, and ensuring smooth handovers to dedicated property managers for ongoing operations.

• Being the first point of contact between the Landlord and Tenant ensuring the tenancy periods run smoothly. • Strategizing for a new term approach towards new tenancy periods. • Strategizing for offseason periods and holiday seasons. • Strategy and employment of reason towards potenal acquisions. • Providing advice and assistance to the management team. • Dealing with property maintenance requirements. • Undertaking property checks and surveys and scheduling maintenance appointments. • Key preparations, viewing schedules, and ensuring the swift start of a new tenancy. • Liaison with Landlords, maintenance professionals, and tenants with any property related issues. • Dealing with general tenancy-related queries, providing advice and regulation of Landlord's rules to tenants. • Undertaking regular property inspections. Providing great service and building great relationships with the Landlords and tenants. • Managing thirdparty contractors. • Improving compliance of tenancy and reducing working costs as much as possible. • Working around improving service throughout tenancy periods, for short and long lease periods. • Managing the adversing of vacant properties and engaging with potential tenants.

• Coordinating Project Analysis & Volunteer Interviews. Conducting onsite evaluations to satisfy project objectives. • Developing preliminary drawings and documents for periodic review. • Holding meetings with the lead architect as well as project stakeholders relevant to the completion of work. • Coordinating project development updates and reviews with the lead architect. • Scheduling for final project deliverables, compiling architectural analyses, drawings, and reports. • Developing conceptual-level design drawings for the Master Plan. • Performing, presenting, summarizing, and concluding findings, pertaining to design efforts.
