- Primary lead on full-scale implementations of Passport's mobile payment solution for parking (PassportParking for iOS and Android) across municipalities, universities, and private operators of various sizes, including implementations for all city meters in Champaign, IL (Mobilemeter for iOS & Android), Detroit, MI (ParkDetroit for iOS & Android), White Plains, NY (ParkWhitePlains for iOS & Android), Victoria, Canada (ParkVictoria for iOS & Android).-- Primary lead on full-scale implementations of Passport's citation management solution (Opsman Mobile for iOS and Android) across municipalities, universities, and private operators of various sizes, including implementations for Southern Utah University, City of Muncie and Parking Company of America (Atlanta, Columbus, Dallas and Cincinnati) amongst many others.- Secondary lead on Passport's third largest mobile payment implementation to date with the launch of a private label application in Vancouver, Canada.- Managed the complete gamut of the implementation process starting with client meetings, information gathering, system set-up, merchant processing integration, hardware integration, signage production & installation, and quality assurance, while working cross-functionally with marketing, development, and sales teams to ensure that all timing, quality, and communication standards are met both internally and externally.- Upselling clients on other pertinent products in the Passport suite.

- Assisted the Primary lead in setting up client's system for mobile payment and citation management solutions. - Helped streamline the project management process both for current project managers and for incoming managers by creating manuals and documenting.
