Major Job Duties/Responsibilities:• Key focused Areas: Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation (Solutions/Services/Practices) • Work to help customer organizations use cyber digital technologies to achieve business goals.• Would need to work with all levels of an organization from senior leader to front line users. • Work as a core member of the technical and implementation team with a more focused on the technical aspects of cyber digital transformation project.• Follow project management standard.• Conducts tests or test planning sessions, provides input for feasibility, and prepares user documentation and follow-up evaluation.• Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing.• Conduct regular client site visits for understanding their requirements and presenting solutions portfolio such as SIEM, SOAR, Vulnerability Management, Zero-Trust Segmentation, Threat Intelligence etc.• Product capabilities demonstration and attend customer queries as a Subject Matter Expert.• Sets the implementation strategy considering timelines, impacts, and risk.• Helps address implementation roadblocks, remove obstacles or other constraints.• Provide high-level guidance and recommendation to client about implementation and integration procedures to add the greatest value for the client. Technical hands-on involvement is must. • Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of solutions/systems. Formulates proposals for new systems, procedures and/ or processes.• Recommend, document, and oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and to meet required SLAs.• Have a key focus on contributing to the company's overall vision and consistently work towards achieving that.• Any other business/technology related activities to be assigned by the Executive Management

Responsibilities:• Requirements gathering: Define security and compliance needs, and gather current network info. • Data collection: Select log sources to monitor and identify data to collect and analyze. • Log aggregation and normalization: Centralize and standardize log data for efficient analysis.• Event correlation and analysis: Analyze log data to detect security events, identify patterns, and trigger alerts for potential threats.• Rule and policy management: Create, test, and refine the rules and policies for security event correlation, analysis, and reporting.• Reporting and visualizations: Create reports and visualizations to present the security event data and trends in an easy-to-understand format.• Incident response: Incident Response Procedures and Workflow Implementation.• Continuous improvement: Regular Review and Improvement of Customized SIEM Solutions to Meet Security and Compliance Requirements and Stay Current with the Latest Threats and Technologies.
