I have spent most of my professional career in customer service and retail management. There, I learned how much I love connecting with people, helping them and taking care of their needs. Seeing them smile is the most rewarding aspect of it.Recently, I have decided that I need something more, something bigger. So, I planned to pursue a major in Marketing. As someone who is constantly learning about customer behaviours - their problems, needs and interests; is an untapped gold mine of ideas for Marketing.
