As Store Manager for Mother Warehouse At workshop Ropar, Punjab, I am managing commercial functions including materials management, procurement, logistics, inventory management, vendor development & management. I am ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and reviewing existing procedures to achieve operational efficiency, maintaining regular follow up with vendors to ensure deliveries within prescribed schedules, developing reliable sources for supply of material and finalize procurement contracts on most competitive terms and maintaining adequate inventory of stock and replenishing it based on demand/supply forecasts, also conducting perpetual stock verification and documentation.
