Market Analysts at the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team. The CRM team is part of the Media & CRM department within the H&M Global Marketing function. Nordnet Ventures was an initiative where we were looking for the FinTech companies in our four Nordic markets that we could invest in and cooperate with. My role was to build up and lead the project, to search for the companies, to establish contact, to choose potential companies of interest and present these for the management team and the board, and to spread knowledge about this initiative.

As a trainee at Nordnet, I was an assistant of the CEO, Håkan Nyberg for one year. In my position I was helping CEO, management group and the board of directors with various tasks. Furthermore, I took a part in some projects and started one of them, "Nordnet Ventures" for cooperation with, and investment in fintech companies. As a trainee I was looking into multiple departments to understand how the company is working on all the levels, a great experience that I could bring with me further in my career.
