At Smartech, my team and I were deeply committed to transforming how businesses connected with their audiences. My vision was to offer powerful, all-encompassing, and user-focused platforms that simplified customer interactions while drastically cutting marketing costs. Beyond our top-tier solutions, I was proud to provide businesses with a wealth of knowledge, ensuring they tapped into the full potential of our platforms.

My tenure as CPO was defined by comprehensive oversight of the product lifecycle: from ideation to market launch. I steered product vision, strategy, design, development, and marketing. My mission was to ensure each product not only met market standards but set them, all while generating sustainable revenue and profit. I was pivotal in shaping products that resonated with users and drove business growth, emphasizing innovation, user-centricity, and long-term value creation. My journey at Appson was a blend of challenge, innovation, and unwavering dedication to excellence.

As GM of Mobile Solutions, I spearheaded the formation of product teams, focusing on conceptualizing, designing, developing, and launching mobile applications aligned with company strategy. Collaborating closely with HR, I played a key role in recruiting top-tier product managers, designers, and project managers, laying the foundation for our telecom company's successful venture into the mobile application domain.

Driven by my deep-rooted enthusiasm for video game marketing, I took the initiative to launch Game Buzz, aiming to make waves in the Iranian gaming sector. We aspired to provide exceptional content and cultivate meaningful relationships between gamers and developers. What commenced as a mere hobby evolved into a pivotal career endeavour. While Game Buzz faced its set of challenges, the experience enriched my professional journey, offering invaluable lessons and insights into the intricate dynamics of the gaming industry.

I pioneered the Business Development department, achieving notable milestones that significantly impacted the local gaming market of Iran. My role entailed leading crucial business negotiations with prominent Data Centers, PSPs, and international game producers. A testament to our success was the landmark collaboration with leading game companies like Gameloft, Elex, and Tap4fun. This endeavour marked the official debut of their games in Iran, integrated seamlessly with localized In-App payments. My time at Cafe Bazaar was characterized by establishing pivotal alliances, driving innovation, and bridging global gaming experiences with the local Iranian audience.

At Cafe Bazaar, I wore multiple hats as the singular Product Manager. In addition to traditional product management roles, I led the Client, Server, Developers, and Customer Support teams. My leadership was pivotal in the successful launch of Bazaar 5.0 and 6.0 and the introduction of the In-App payment system. These strategic initiatives culminated in a staggering 500% surge in revenue and traffic within a year. This period at Cafe Bazaar was marked by innovative solutions, team synergy, and a commitment to elevating the user experience to new heights.

At KEIC, I spearheaded the ambitious journey of digitally transforming multiple departments, including HR, Sales, Accounting, QC, Procurement, Production, and Engineering. My role encompassed overseeing the design, implementation, launch, and subsequent maintenance of this transformation. Navigating the integration of legacy systems with modern solutions in a traditionally rooted manufacturing environment posed significant communication and technical challenges. Nevertheless, our team's unwavering commitment led to the successful deployment of a comprehensive ERP solution, marking a significant stride towards modernity for the company.

I was an integral part of the development team serving the core retail banking system of prominent Iranian banks, including Bank Melli Iran, Bank Saderat Iran, Parsian Bank, Karafarin Bank, Bank Keshavarzi Iran, and Bank of Industry and Mine.My role was primarily focused on COBOL/CICS/IMS development, with our systems operating on IBM OS/390 mainframes. I took charge of designing and implementing the backend code for various deposit systems, encompassing current, saving, and fixed categories in both local and foreign currencies. This intricate system efficiently managed interest calculations, tax deductions, planned automatic payments, cheque clearing, and more, ensuring seamless monetary and non-monetary transactions for the banks we served.
