At my position, I was involved in several tasks related to development of electricity markets and its regulatory environment. My expertise was focused mainly on market integration, congestion management and related regulatory and contractual framework. I was personally responsible for coordination of various market integration projects and actively participated in international affairs related to TSOs and NRAs cooperation. Main projects: Joint Auction Office – Project coordinator- A project focused on a cross-border merger of two auction offices- My main role in the project was to manage the project in close cooperation with the CEPS member of the board. I was personally responsible for day-to-day project team organization and support of the project supervisory body (top-managers from other TSOs). I often faced challenging situations which must have been addressed on personal and also team level in order to successfully finish the project (e.g., change of team members during the project, moving schedule, intercultural differences, diverging requirements of shareholders, extreme pressure for transparency and evidence) - As an expert I also contributed to issues related to financial planning and business processes and succeeded to negotiate CEPS requirements on service fees.CZ-SK-HU MC and 4M MCProject coordinator and convener of the Working Group TSO I was personally responsible for general project management of the projects on coupling of day-ahead electricity markets and delivery of TSO tasks Further, I was deeply involved in development and lobbying of EU regulation on market integration. As a member of several ENTSO-E working groups, I represented standpoints and negotiated interests of the company, inter alia in the following groups:- Convener of Day-ahead and Intraday Electricity Markets coordination group- Market Integration Working Group- Network Code Drafting Teams for Day-Ahead and Intraday Markets
