• Responsible for tracking of inventory and the month end reconciliation to physical counts.• Coordinate and communicate with marketing, production, and warehousing in order to properly record the daily inventory transitions of receiving product, transferring product between locations and issuing product out of inventory.• Reconcile weekly inventories to physical counts at location, including dairy production to physical count.• Coordination and communicate with AR to accurately confirm orders for invoicing, including verification of documentation.• Coordinate and communicate with production, and warehousing to facilitate maintaining inventories on a current basis to provide the most accurate information for other departments.• Participation in physical inventories when needed.• Generation of General Ledger entries pertaining to inventory.• Filing documentation.

• Process loans: Verify date stamp, reviews loan authorization documents for completeness and accuracy of information. Occasionally received error report when loan information didn’t balance between two systems which I then corrected. Analyze loan information to initiate loan, change loan amount, or in some cases deny loan. These determinations where made from written Ho-Chunk Nation Policies.• Data Entry: Once loan applications were approved, information consisting of date received, loan amount, and loan fee was entered into access database under tribal member file. When necessary, an address change was also entered.
