- Responsible for tracking of inventory and the month end reconciliation to physical counts.
- Coordinate and communicate with marketing, production, and warehousing in order to properly record the daily inventory transitions of receiving product, transferring product between locations and issuing product out of.
- Reconcile weekly inventories to physical counts at location, including dairy production to physical count.
- Coordination and communicate with AR to accurately confirm orders for invoicing, including verification of documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate with production, and warehousing to facilitate maintaining inventories on a current basis to provide the most accurate information for other departments.
- Participation in physical inventories when needed.
