With roots dating back to the 1970s, we are the most experienced provider of hospice care in Michigan. Currently serving more than 1,700 patients daily, in 48 counties, we’re also the largest in our state, and among the largest recognized 501c3 non-profit advanced illness management organizations in the nation.We provide care for all—regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability to pay. Last year, our commitment extended $4 million beyond what was reimbursed by insurance.

Through our process, we narrow down options based on what will work in real world scenarios and eliminate based on what does not while considering financial and functional constraints. Our process of analyzing, eliminating, and refining allows us to provide recommendations that meet specific needs. We then guide our clients based on that research and knowledge to implement the solution that works best for them.
