Summary: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of the Technology Infrastructure Services Group was responsible for three organizations (Service Delivery, Service Management and Service Solutions) with a support team of 275 FTE’s and an annual operating budget of $25 million. Provided Washington Mutual’s 70,000 technology users and support organizations support, solutions and services that increased productivity and reduced total cost of technology ownership. Identified potential root causes and contributing factors driving IT issues and recommended and/or implemented processes and technology improvements. Please see attached functional overview.
