Responsible for testing of HBX platform. Managed a team of quality engineers locally and in Russia. Implemented defect tracking system, testcase management system and reporting processes. Created an integrated team operating on a 24 hour test cycle. Scoped out requirements for completely automated testing system- which ensured consistency in metric.
