Responsible for testing of HBX platform. Managed a team of quality engineers locally and in Russia. Implemented defect tracking system, testcase management system and reporting processes. Created an integrated team operating on a 24 hour test cycle. Scoped out requirements for completely automated testing system- which ensured consistency in metric calculation and reporting. Reduced release testing time and drove down post release defects. Interfaced with key clients on quality issues.

Responsible for testing the Macintosh player and SDK. Performed grey box testing for the SDK and Macintosh player. Eventually promoted to manage the API QA team, including building the team and implementing an iterative process of development->test->release.

Provided Software services for small and medium business. Interfaced with India based Offshore team to provide custom web applications for customers based in the United States. Other projects included testing services for BEA Liquid Data XQuery based integration platform, testing of AI Natural Language parser for Resume Scanning (Burning Glass Technologies).
