Security1. Point of contact for local police and security system2. Ensure that system is up and running by performing routine tests3. Monitor perimeter video to ensure site security4. Review weekly open/close report to ensure there are no suspicious activities5. Design and plan upgrades to the security system as needed6. ID card management – Assign new cards and deactivate/destruction of old cards7. Maintain access control to designated areas for each employee8. Control access to DEA Safe and DEA Vault9. Perform and verify background checks and drug testing on all employees10. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons11. All other security related duties that ariseProject Management 1. Internalize and implement PM related tools (MS Project, MMRs)2. Effective coordination of critical events and team meetings internally and externally3. Interact with CMO;’s, third parties, customers, develop strategies, and resolve critical (logistic and technical) issues 4. Advocate for the partnerships that are critical to the organization, and marshal organizational resources to make those agreements successful 5. Interface with various internal functions. 6.
